  1.  @Interdiction  Selection of juries works both ways, sometimes for the crown but often for the criminal. If only there was a way of making sure any jurors were sensible and decent it would be a start.

  3.  @Ian-xt1mb  I bet you don't contribute much to society in general, probably on handouts with your rent and rates paid for. They probably would have rejected you anyway due to you not washing often.

  4.  @jamieeames8934  It is all well and fine you saying that and obviously what you say is quite correct. HOWEVER, I still find it hard to accept that it took 10 months unless there was procrastination by people who stood to gain enormously by prolonging the case. If they were on a normal hourly rate for a working man it wouldn't be so bad but the amount they charge per hour for nothing much and certainly nothing productive is obscene.

  6. The problem with suing a trust is that the people actually responsible are not penalised and any money you "win" will come from the public purse. The only way to get things changed would be to sue the management (or whoever you feel was responsible) directly.

  7.  @mypointofview1111  Managers across all industries these days are only bean counters and very few if any come close to actually managing anything. I have worked for managers way back who trusted and supported their people and actually knew what they did and why. This no longer seems to be the case with degrees in some old rubbish being the main criteria for being a manager. They still take the big salaries though!

  10.  @jamieeames8934  No doubt the teams on both sides of the case deliberately made things worse to prolong the trial. When you hear how long the trials of people caught red handed last you realise how bad things are.
