  2. The supposed minimum sentence for firearms offences is 5 years. The gun and each round of ammo is a separate offence plus using it or even threatening to use it. Perhaps we need the police to declare a shoot first if a firearm is suspected policy?

  4. I just watched a short video where a PCSO nearly got run over by some criminal he was having a polite chat with. The guy ranting at the PCSO should have filmed the incident and intervened to some degree rather than running away to blame the copper.

  6. Following Dunblane we were promised that the strict new gun laws would make us all safe. Sadly, all they did was wreck numerous businesses and stop decent people doing their hobbies and sports.

  9. There is always the possibility that the guy in the house may not have been totally unknown to the family? You wouldn't want the police searching your house if you might have something to hide?
