  3. intalek305 California is ranked 50th out of 50 for small business for the 12th year in a row. It also has the highest poverty rate in the nation and the highest percentage of people on welfare. It now ranks as having the lowest standard of living of all 50 states based on many factors in recent studies. California is losing the middle class by tens of thousands annually as they relocate to Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and mostly Texas. I'm not sure where you're getting your information from but I do know that you're completely clueless about the reality of California.
