You seem to be confused. By the way, the top tax bracket for the rich is already four times as much as the bottom bracket.   4.  @MsAppassionata  it's really simple dummy. If you make a lot of money you pay a lot of taxes. Wealth does not equal income. If there's no income that means you don't have to pay taxes. But if they make a lot of money they pay a lot of taxes. It's pretty simple for anyone with 3rd grade math skills to understand if you would just think about it.

  13.  @Supernautiloid  a few corrections to your ridiculously stupid post. The top tax bracket is 37%, the bottom tier that pays taxes, some of which don't pay any, is 10%. If you're worried about bailouts, blame your hero Obama. He bailed out more companies than the rest of the 43 presidents before him combined.
