  1. California is turning into a 3rd world country. 50th out of 50 states for small business, 49th for infrastructure, 46th out of 50 for schools and so on. The cost is directly related to the massive welfare state, high taxes and the regulation of big government NOT because of desire to live there. People in the middle class leave by the 10's of thousands every year while being replaced with welfare supported illegal aliens. These are all facts, I have done the research and I al leaving the busted state of CA myself at the end of this year for Dallas.
