  5.  @ramonw9430  let me help you, you seem a bit uninformed on how this works. The state legislature has a Demotard super-majority. They are the ones that make and pass all of the laws that everyone has to follow. They are the ones that created all of the terrible policy that is currently ruining California and driving businesses out of the state by the tens of thousands. They are the reason why the state will eventually be bankrupt, and could be in the very near future. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. 👍
