  1. That's because California is ranked 49th out of 50 for infrastructure. It's basically an overpriced third world country at this point. Everyone in the middle class and up is leaving at an alarming rate and at the rate things are going the only people left by the time the high speed rail is finished will be drug addicts and homeless people.
