I don't think she even realizes how Congress actually works at this point. She's setting a new standard for stupidity within the Democratic party and that's a tough thing to do at this point!   3. Amy Marie awesomely stupid. She could quite possibly be the dumbest person to ever run for office. I know there's a lot of competition on the Democrat side for that title but I think she has it on lock at this point.
