I'm in Finland, and for a while, the Russians were sending over Asian from Russia into Finland. The Russians also gave them bikes - little ones, for kids. What is going on. Fortunately for us the border is now shut, so we are not getting anymore. But what is this thing with the bikes? Any ideas??
