  1. Compo for anyone who lost their jobs, either give them their jobs back or the govt pays them a wage for at least a year until they find a new job with comparable pay and makes up any difference. This is the reason why many people decided to wait to find out the FACTS before making this decision, we still dont know the long term fx so another reason why many of us wont take it.

  13. I'm still regretting and suffering from voting New Labour in 1997, don't know what I was thinking but just had 18 very long years under the Tories at that point and thought we needed change. Massive mistake but Reform weren't around then.

  16. None of us who attended school in saner times would have lasted more than a week in a modern day school without getting expelled. I would insist on being taught at home.

Well if you were an ordinary worker in a steady job in the 70s, 80s and esp early 90s you could at least buy a house or get social housing and could afford for your wife to stay at home and raise children. Life was basic and the technology nowhere near as advanced BUT arguably quality of life was better, yes living standards are better today but its going backwards again. For the last 25 years we have been sold out by politicians, everything sold off, worse services, everything a crisis of chaos and we have a massive burden of public debt as its all been p1ssed up the wall. Went rapidly downhill in 1997 onwards, if we carry on like this we are going to have nothing left whatsoever..

Please stop creating unneccesary tension between communities, it will soon lead to white people not wanting to speak to black people in case they get called the R word, not a good path to take or attitude to have.   25. No one should be coming here to rely on subsidised rents or tax credits. I've seen countless elderly or disabled newcomers taking up small subsidised council and housing association flats which should be starter homes for young British workers and the amount of new build properties going to newcomers in general is shocking. This is all wrong and is stopping British people having families or being able to take certain jobs, its sinister in fact especially given that we voted for Brexit to put a stop to all of this.
