  1. 4 quid coffees, 6 quid sandwich, 13 quid fish and chips, who has the money to sustain those type of prices on the high street, in a few years it will be completely unaffordable?

  2. The cost of a cup of coffee or sandwich is eye-watering so those shops are on borrowed time, who is going to pay 5 quid a coffee?

  3.  @andromeda_25  id say its overpriced now but if inflation continues at 3% for a few years we are talking nearly 10% on top of existing prices which I would say is unaffordable for what it is, the average earner is going to be completely priced out within a decade so these shops will have to close if wages dont increase.
