I thought these foreign workers were happy with the pay and difficult work, long hours and stress or are they even fed up with it now just like Brits with far greater overheads were fed up with it about two decades ago but got shouted down as wassasists for getting annoyed with being undercut because of wide open borders and were told to get on with it and accept lower and lower pay due to oversupply of cheap labour. Just saying it as it is, we need to remember that British carers have been doing this for a heck of a long time and getting treated very poorly and paid peanuts for a very demanding job, lets acknowledge that they have stuck it out through all of this abuse.
