Yes I keep hearing the same thing about if Landlords sell thats one fewer property for renters, well i dont see it that way, I see it as more homes on the market for sale and the more for sale the more the prices are in the favour of the buyer. What needs to happen is ending right to buy and curtailing buy to let whilst building far more and then doing then dealing with the elephant in the room we all know is pushing the prices up.
