It doesnt take a genius to employ undercover cops and helpers who pretend to be ref u geez or smugglers, get the boats full take the cash and then signal the police to arrive and bust them before setting sail. Easiest thing in the world to stop this and cheap, if you cant beat them join them. This government doesnt want to use any imagination or common sense, prefer to play it dumb and pretend they are tackling it. They have 2 years to sort this sh1t out otherwise they are finished.
