  1. Yes its time to pay up and no excuses, there is plenty of money to pay for this. Its no good looking at AVERAGE pay, that a distortion of reality, many of these nurses are working O/T due to desperation and the demands of the job so its all very well for a millionaire ex MP spouting off but she has no idea about real life or the workplace and wouldnt last a week in the job.

  3. I thought there were all these imported workers willing to pick up the slack and accept low wages so surely its not a crisis as there should be thousands lining up to work for the pay on offer? Or are we now at the stage where even they realise that its tough work and poorly paid with long hours and that they cant survive in this country without better pay just like British workers in general were complaining before they were massively undercut when the b0rders were opened wide?
