@sirvikalcrusader3668 No problem let it crash, we need first time buyers to be able to afford a home and this current system is broken and way out of kilter with the ordinary persons income due to crazy policies, lack of building, falling wages, ridiculously low interest rates for far too long, help to buy and mass importation of labour. A house is a home not a paycheck and rents are unaffordable and throwing money down the drain which could be better spent in the high street which is why all retailers are struggling.

@sirvikalcrusader3668 A 50% plunge would help more people than harm. Those in negative equity still have a roof and have factored in the costs of paying it back. Even at 50% off the prices are still too high for the average wage earner, what he said isnt a stupid thing, its common sense if you want a functional society which we currently do not have.

Sadly its all in the hands of the left, they are the real issue here, most of them dont understand politics and are easily fooled by the promises of Labour. The two parties work this between them, they run the country down then wait for the other party to offer hope which they are never going to deliver and things get worse then the political cycle of decline starts all over again. See right through it but unfortunately the left are still falling for it.
