  2. If it wasn't aliens that built it then it would have been worth the journey for aliens to come to Earth back then to marvel these structures when they were newly built, aliens must have thought that humans were quite advanced back then.

  3. Any aliens visiting back then would have considered humans highly spiritual, creative and skilled back then, would have been well worth the journey coming here to see these type of structures when new.

Could be a breakaway society or species and possibly still living on Earth, lets face it the technology that we are being allowed to use bears no relationship to the technology that mankind has developed but is locked away from public access right now. We are possibly centuries behind where we really should be technologically and rapidly going backwards.
