You either pass the necessary training or you don't, I cant imagine a situation where someone non white or non straight is going to sit around not utilising their training and not applying for pilot jobs. Therefore I call BS, this is nothing more than an excuse to import far more non Brits into the UK aviation industry for no particular reason.
