  2. So lets allow house prices and rents to increase far more than they are now because obviously you prefer that as we need far, far more immigrants to come here to do non jobs and take up housing, never mind automation and A.I that will make most of those 'jobs' redundant in the future.

  3. ​ @veegtec  Proof that it will correlate to high unemployment? Those that are still in the same job will find it far easier getting a mortgage as they will be borrowing far less and those that have to find another job will only have to find a job that pays less than their current job as the multiples that they need to borrow will be less. So interest rates might have to rise, but thats inevitable anyway as they cant go any lower and this will ensure that house prices have to correct.
