@enrobsorussell Not only that but surely they are better off back home as wages are rising there and there must be plenty of jobs there now.

Freedom of movement is a ridiculous idea anyway especially where some member countries are only paying a few euros per hour for an an adult wage. No wonder they want to come here, not that the UK pays a great wage for low skilled workers when factoring the cost of living but its a way for migrant to send money back home that goes a lot further than here but doesn't really help UK workers competing for jobs or trying to find housing or get access to public services etc. The Eu needs to pull its finger out and increase the standard of living in other member countries so that they dont have to leave their own countries to come here to do menial tasks and displace UK workers, especially people that are overqualified.
