We've already been told what voting out means when we were sent the 9m pamphlet promising that we would be leaving the customs union and SM, no deal is better than a bad deal which everyone agrees with. A 2nd referendum and UK democracy is finished, we don't trust politicians as they will rig the results with 16 yr olds and migrants being allowed to vote. Leave and we can then decide in the future whether its worth returning in the future when the EU has something better to offer.
