The wholesale price is linked to the stock market so basically its the casinos determining the price regardless of the actual cost of the raw materials, if the markets say the demand is high then the price stays where it is or goes higher. Wonderful world we are living in due to muppets calling themselves leaders.

  2. Yes modern ones use almost nothing when not in use. I recommend getting a one cup dispenser rather than heating up a whole kettle and smart plugs. You don't need heating on that high anyway as it isn't good for you.
