  20. ​ @nigellacey559 so be it, the NHS as it stands is failing due to mass immigration and mismanagement so technically we shouldn't have to pay more but it won't be functional if we don't stop over 1 million coming here per year, I'm thinking of going private anyway as its so bad, not that I'm wealthy but let's face it, the service is on its knees.

Not only that but even if 10% were skilled, the remaining 90% are a drain on resources, welfare, housing, NHS, public services etc and will be undercutting existing workers in this country so there really is no reason for them to be here as they were coming across from a safe country and are paying criminals to get here. Professor or not, he has no common sense and this is the problem with the left, they try to justify their insanity. Just admit its wrong and cannot continue instead of digging yourself deeper, you would get a lot more respect.
