Its bit different if you have another country to run off to so I can imagine if you are moving from place to place across the country in rentals and using different names all hard to pronounce its probaby easy to get away with these scams and if you get caught you dont pay it back and move away under another name.

  3.  @odoggow8157  I'm not even jealous its just a case of where the heck are they getting the money to pay for the lifestyle when the average wage is so low, let alone someone newly arrived. It doesnt make sense so must be something going on surely?
