  7. The very last interviewee has the correct attitude about it. It's just pros and cons when deciding where to live. There are other factors to consider, not just healthcare. Korea's "free" healthcare comes from paying their high taxes every year. If you fail in that, then have a nice life living in the filthy sewer somewhere, if they even have one.
