  6.  @sprybug , the first Trudeau implemented it. He not only shut down Canadians who had disdain for metric, but he also did it because he hated Americans. Are YOU ok? Apparently you're not ok with agreeing with other Canadians.

How Canada implemented metric is not a secret anymore, and you can't just say, "it's effective" when the fact people who knew better got abused. This is why people like you are monsters because you want something "progressive" and don't care how your own people get treated. 2 +2 does not equal 5 even if the government or other entity says it is.
