  1. 7.62 link = 7 lbs per hundred, as a former assistant gunner I felt it went thru ammo to fast. And the small cone of fire made it hard to suppress area targets.

  2.  @zoiders  At 1200 meters blasting a hillside in (NameA$hithole) the M240 shoots a tighter cone the M60 would bounce around and suppress the (larger) area better. SAPPERS FOWARD

  3.  @zoiders  750 vs 1000 +/- rounds per minute is different, the MAG pushes back and sets up , the M60 will still buck and bounce.
