@SanyaTsvay ye, but there's gotta be something, I'll make the float even higher, move the pickup coil down so it can read better. Both intake and exhaust valve are at 0.05 gap clearance, also it runs better at idle with the mixture screw almost tight but it won't rev, any other suggestions that I could try?. I'm kinda obsessed with this thing I won't let it defeat me, anyway thank you so much for your help I really needed it. Have a great day/night

Question, should the air cut-off valve spring be soft to squish or is it hard? I have two springs and I don't know which one goes to the air cut-off valve! Have a great day . Got another question what can cause surges/stalling at full throttle? it accelerates then it stalls a bit then revs up again, also the main jet needle is set at down at the lowest setting if I go up it won't rev at all, any suggestions? Great video again. Have a great day or night

@SanyaTsvay how do I check that? And it would only affect it at full throttle? it goes just fine at half, could be what you said or an air leak and that's why it needs more fuel, and the spacer between the engine and the carb is cracked, it's got silicon in the crack. Now I need to know how to check the vacuum diagram, it's the vacuum line and the carb intake manifold pipe? And thank you for the response, you're really helpful I can't get to the problem of this thing

@SanyaTsvay yeah, there no crack that I can see, so it's not from this thing, any other suggestions?

@SanyaTsvay I thought about that one to, and I set the float level high, the float sits on the carb it don't touch the spring.

@SanyaTsvay if the o ring from the needle of the vacuum diagram is small will it do the same as if it was cracked ?

@SanyaTsvay the membrane that you said to check for a crack, the needle has a lock washer and a o ring, if the o ring is to small will it to the same as there was a crack in it

@SanyaTsvay ok, I'm starting to think that it's going to lean or to rich at full throttle, could it be because the cheap foam air filter?

@SanyaTsvay nvr mind the engine, I can use it like this. But do u know why it's not charging the battery, also if I connect it without the engine on, it won't produce spark until I disconnect the battery

@SanyaTsvay could it stalls because of the vacuum fuel pump, the fuel filter isn't getting filled with gasoline. Could that be it?

@SanyaTsvay also when I put the carb float at the height the manual says won't idle, it dies

@SanyaTsvay yea, but it was filling the old fuel filter, and now it won't even pass half on a new filter, and it feels like after 20kmh the engine bogs down even At half throttle, or I'm just paranoid and the engine just getting speed and it runs smoother. Probably I'm just paranoid. And at full throttle the rpms drop then go up again and drop again, and so on. I only run it in my yard and it's not much space like 300m

@SanyaTsvay I put some grease on the membrane with the needle, and now it won't bog anymore, but it doesn't have power anymore, I fixed the stalling isue, but now it doesn't have power

@SanyaTsvay hello, sorry to bother you again. When I go full throttle the rpms are high, then they go down and they stay like that, I can keep it full throttle it won't pass 4000rpms and 15mph/25kmh

@SanyaTsvay how to I know for sure? Like it doesn't have too much compression but not to little either, burns a bit of oil but not to much, the exhaust smells like brunt gasoline and the smoke is blue, how can I know for sure that the piston rings are the problem?

@SanyaTsvay it's a new foam filter, the spark plug looks like the mixture is ok, I think a bit on the lean side, it was already brown I just cleaned it a bit. Could the air filter let to much air in?

@SanyaTsvay yes, but if I take my filter off the scooter will just stall when accelerating

@SanyaTsvay seems that it runs better now ( I haven't gone on the road yet). Got another question, I have I car battery, and when I try to start it automatically it spark but the engine won't start, I think that it's sparking to fast and to weak. Any idea why?

@SanyaTsvay now I have another question. My check oil light is on, I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, it's orange, it has oil in it, and I can't find anywhere what colour it should be or if it's like that because of the dashboard. Any thoughts? Also it's a kymco filly 50cc

@SanyaTsvay could be low pressure, I have 5w30 instead of 10w30 full synthetic

@SanyaTsvay could be, because of the low viscosity of the oil in doesn't make as much pressure as with 10w30. Anyway I would like to thank you for helping me fix this piece of junk, you're the only one who helped me, google and other YouTubers were making me more confused saying things that don't add up. If you don't mind me asking how do u know so much about carburetor's and scooters? Thank you so much for helping me. Have a great day

@SanyaTsvay well the oil viscosity is extremely low, it got contaminated with gasoline, and now it's extremely flammable, do I know why it keeps getting contaminated

@SanyaTsvay it's air cooled, so it's definitely gasoline, but I changed it like 3 months ago and it didn't run for more than 4hours, I mean yeah the compression is low. When I was shaking the bottle where I got the used oil, it was splashing and sounding like water.
