I agree, going to the Motor Vehicle is the worst experience ever! I have waited up to five hours and more just to get to the counter. In CT, we have to go online and make an appointment for everything. You can't just walk in. If you have a question, and you're really lucky, the person who watches the door and checks to make sure you have an appointment, will answer the question. Whew! You were so lucky.
