  1. Well, Happy Belated Birthday! I'm sorry, I missed it. The owner of the speaker did defuse the situation quite gracefully, but I probably would have backed you up if I had been there. I guess the goal is to stay out of trouble, but if I had claimed to have been there first, wouldn't I have been the one who felt "entitled"? I am older than you, but I have to tell you that from my daughter's generation down, a vast majority of people feel "entitled" for one thing or another. We learned manners, and tolerance, and rules. Look out for those who don't care about their own personal safety and walk across the road with out looking either way. Or those who speed and don't use signals because they don't have to. And, four in the afternoon. What was that all about? They must never have lived next to a bar that blasts music until 2 am with the doors wide open in the summer. No one gets any sleep, baby to granny, and the police never show up to enforce the town rules for "quiet time". Sorry to be ranting!
