in yer high school history class you would have read the records of the constitutional convention, in which madison explained that his proposed document would put and keep the rich in control of the nation. as it did, and still does. it worked brilliantly. you didn't have that class, in yer school? not surprising, no usa school did. why is that? maybe you can figure that out.
