  1. there are occasional references of 'poor health' for putin. it may be that usg is simply planning on out-living him. more immediate, the usg is concerned only with its own power and prestige, and wide-spread pain resulting from its activity is of no interest. people of usa have heard of democracy, but they are not citizen quality, and can not find the courage to get democracy. so their masters can do as they please, so long as secrecy and lies shield reality from the peons.
