  1. sadly, i must agree. usa peeps are so ignorant, so indoctrinated, that informing them is fruitless. 'scare ' is best, cattle management relies on whips and electric wands but human cattle insist on being directed verbally. but not just scare. often one can appear to offer some benefit, as a supplement to scare. offer a candy bar first, if inadequate response, then fire a shot over the head.
