  1. the constitution was written by a slave plantation owner, to justify the independence and freedom necessary to enslave africans. it was an attempt to flash-freeze usa society, since the creator was on top. there were provisions for change, but necessarily limited. can't have plebs interfering with society. slavery was locked in, and could only be removed by gunfire. rule of the wealthy was locked in, and continues today. it doesn't matter how ineffectual a president may be, because the senate is the master of the nation. not the people. that's why there is no referendum, no initiative. no democracy. you are governed by a political elite, and call yourselves 'citizens of a democracy.' it's simply a lie, endlessly repeated, to stupify the chumps. and that is why your national leader can be a trump, or a biden. you aren't smart enough to demand better.
