  1. once you figure out that politicians work for themselves, your next action should be, let's get rid of them, and run the nation ourselves. that's called 'democracy.' if you think the electorate of the usa is too stupid to do that, why worry about what politicians do with the nation? they are, you admit, your 'betters.'
