  1. there is a certain sick pleasure in getting news about usa politics. there is continual reinforcement of my decision to get as far away as possible, good, and sadness as i watch ordinary people sink into poverty, and crime. and there is nothing to be done for the people of usa, they are incapable of rebellion. they think the solution to rule by bad politicians is to find good politicians. folks, if that was the solution, it would have worked long ago.
