  1. no, the problem is not the parties, they are the natural result of the constitution. they evolved to be what they are, under the conditions imposed by the constitution. i suggest that a constitution establishing democracy, national management by referendum operated by the public service, under ultimate control of the electorate through citizen initiative, would deliver a better nation. because, when decisive power is dispersed to the people, they will require that national wealth be widely distributed too. in short, stop voting for people, start voting for action.
