  1. there are no democracies. the people do not rule anywhere* and that is what the word 'democracy' means. but you don't deserve democracy. it requires citizen-quality people, and you've only got serf-quality to work with. *the swiss showed promise, but they are ruled by politicians too and lately have allowed usa 'bases' on their land.
