you are not entitled to m4a. your masters have spoken, and kicking your heels will not bother them much. the thing is, once you accept the position of second class citizen, the first class citizens are entitled to treat you as submissives, and so they do. you are not living in a democracy, and make no attempt to change that situation. you have allowed the politicians to rule from the beginning of the nation, and they are used to it. you are used to it too. you think you can be a citizen, without democracy. but you can only be a civilian, with a begging bowl.
