  2. let's keep it simple: 1. send an email to all your national reps every monday morning. say "give us effective and accessible power of citizen initiative." "or else." 2. tell your friends to do the same. 3. tell them to tell their friends to do the same. i think 1,000,000 such emails every monday morning would cause the hyenas to reflect on what 'or else' might mean. don't stop there- twit, snap and even phone, same message. the same message creates the realization that there is a common rage wide-spread among the plebs/proleslosers who put them in office. revolution is not as hard as you thought.

  3. when you say 'should,' you admit you are not a citizen, just a civilian. the only business of usan civilians 'should' be getting citizenship. how? demand effective and accessible power of citizen initiative, and if polite don't get it, think of more compelling means.
