  1. all those foreign bases cost money. the only reason they exist is to transfer taxes to munitions share holders. when a big sailing ship developed a big leak, unrepairable at sea. they kept it afloat as long as possible by pumping, then took to the boats. but no one is pumping usa, and like the titanic, the boats are for the rich.
