  1. sanders is wrong. not making progress, just winning a few battles. not the same thing. because the usa is not a democracy, battles won in congress can be undone. that's why the prosperity of the 50's was lost- the rich bought back the congress, one politician at a time. and the democrats are no better than the republicans, it was clinton who signed the termination of the glass-steagal act, not a republican. democracy puts the will of the electorate in charge, and that is much too hard to buy.
