  1. africa and prc get benefit from co-operation. national leaders must ensure that the result is satisfactory for their own nation. this is easy for the african nation, since they can say 'stop, changed our mind.' prc has to take this risk, they need friends in their contest with usa and european satellites. african experience with europe should incline them towards partnership with asia, since the european nations are exploiters in history.
