  1. transition may be too kind. one choice which remains is to end military expenses [nearly, of course] and bring the occupying armies home, park the aircraft carriers, and start building roads, rails, schools and hospitals.not an immediate fix, so not possible. the other choice is to blame china and start shooting. that's the usa way, god help the human race.
