  1. can't throw out the charges, the resulting damages suit would de-commission a carrier group, and might cost someone their seat in congress. i am compelled to take seriously the kabuki theatre of usa politics as they have an absurd number of nuclear weapons, but but logic, justice and sanity don't live there anymore, i suspect never did.
