  1. the problem is, you think you would like to be living in a democracy, and you aren't, so you pretend you are, and then are cranky when it seems reality is strangely perverse in its actions. live in a fantasy, yer gonna bump into things. you live in an elective aristocracy, functionally a plutocracy. you are not a citizen, you are only a civilian. you don't do, you just watch. until you grow smarter and braver, nothing good is gonna happen. too bad, the climate catastrophe will be on you before you change. btw, the continual reference to 'corporations' below is reality informing you just how real the plutocracy is.
