  1. if usa were a democracy, public actions must be discussed in public and in advance, so that the masters of the state [ that would be you ]could make informed decisions. but the usa is not a democracy, and secrets are fine with the actual masters, although there is point-scoring about individual instances. this pot-and-kettle nonsense may satisfy curiosity among the naive, and create an income among the 'informers,' but it can have little consequence.
