americans don't seem to realize that the structure of their government is hopelessly obsolete.

btw, aoc destroyed nothing. the law culture and power under the hypocrisy remain unchanged. there will be no change until a lot of ordinary people want it, badly enough to fight.

don't imagine democrats are any better. get democracy, and make politicians extinct.

shambles? dog's breakfast? fubar? chaos above and below? draw close, children, and hear a truth: usa has long preached that the best government is the least government, and here you see that philosophy in maturity. hopeless structure, degenerate personnel, boasting and lies in place of thought and action. and it is not just at the top- there is no social or political structure capable of repair. it is chaos, or revolution, or military coup. the latter is your best hope, you are incapable of revolution, and chaos is mass death from hunger and violence.

if you are too dim to get democracy, or too ignorant to even know what it is, then you must endure some politician running the nation to suit themselves, as here we see. californians are smart enough to have a democratic constitution, and they use citizen initiative and referendum regularly to keep the local pollies in line. this brings a revulsion from federal politicians as they fear that democracy might be a communicable disease.

doesn't have to be like this, americans could get democracy, and make politicians obsolete.

so you can walk down the street spreading a frequently fatal disease, as your 'right.' speaking of texas, is it a right to practice your marksmanship with a pistol by shooting at pigeons around city hall?

if you are content to live in elective oligarchy, you are not entitled to complain about the results. americans can get democracy if they want it, but it's too much trouble. and most don't want it, feeling political equality would diminish their wealth or status.

don't complain about trump, he is the natural expression of american history and culture. you don't want democracy, don't want socialism, don't want an educated people, don't want a healthy nation , and feel entitled to invade any nation with oil in it. trump fits right in.

greed and arrogance are common in human society. the cure is democracy, which might even change human character over time. but getting democracy is hard, since the rulers of every society stamp it out wherever it appears. aoc talks a good game, and is presumably committed to doing what she can, rather than picking up a gun and proclaiming revolution. but revolution is necessary. no real progress can be made by legitimizing the organs of oppression through participation.

the usa is not a democracy, its institutions are those of elective aristocracy, in the service of plutocrats. you elect your 'kings' but that is not democracy. democracy is rule by the citizens, through referendum and initiative. they do it in california, and a few other states. why not in the usa?

don't get excited about aoc. red-hots have controlled congress before, in the 1930's, and nothing came of it. that's because they did not not use their brief period of power to re-write the constitution, into democracy. consequently, the rich began buying back their nation in the 1960's, one politician at a time. it will happen again. politicians always think of getting power for themselves, never think of transferring power to the electorate.

'the intelligence community' is widely believed to have engineered the assassination of jfk. they murder foreigners indiscriminantly, as do the uniformed services. many of the public servants dance for the politicians to protect or enhance their careers, and the politicians have the worst reputation of all. there is a certain amusement in the view of one branch of the usg investigating others, but justice will not appear, having led the nation shortly after it was born.
1
talk all you want, but the constitution of the usa generated this government, and others just as bad. why not think about a new one?
