  1. the swiss have democracy, the usa is ruled by a gang, that used to be called a mob, but they have long been in power, so we call them by their name for themselves. there are two wings, the democratic or republican party. they are distinguished by badges and bunting at the popular festivals, where the people congratulate themselves on being ruled by the best wing.
