  1. just for a moment, let's everyone assume that capitalism as practiced in the usa is [evil] put your own 'bad' adjectives, i like 'evil.' so what? are you gonna start a citizen initiative to begin reform? no yer not. there is no citizen initiative, and you are not a citizen, just a civilian, chump for short. so what? are you gonna organize a revolution? nope, good game on tv tonite. are you gonna organize a [would-be] citizen action group, to explore ways to get democracy without shooting? well, maybe, but i see no signs of such intent, much less activity. all i see is a video of mutual hand wringing, done for cash. plutocracy infects every public activity in the usa. food is crap, nowadays? there is considerable evidence. but so is politics, so is the vacuum where other societies have community spirit, and foreign affairs? just naked greed carried on the arms of special forces, known in my youth as 'bandits.; why should you have decent food, when your army is spreading death by bayonet and drone bomb, hired assassination and poison dust? you are ruled by hyenas in expensive suits, under rules set down to extend the stink of slavery, and make eternal the rule of wealth. and the only smell you can detect is maybe the hotdogs aren't healthy?
